This training suite is a customizable workshop program that helps local personnel of companies develop a global mindset, and represent themselves and their company with greater corporate finesse and confidence. This uniquely designed suite addresses the needs of Indians working with multinational companies. The training helps integrate them better and create a greater awareness of the company’s native culture. INDIAN CULTURE SENSITISATION

Indian Culture, including work culture, is intriguing and hard to decipher for foreigners. In modern India, the lack of understanding of Indian work culture has proven itself to be the biggest obstacle in creating effective teams and collaborative environments. Our Indian Culture Sensitisation workshops are designed and delivered by Cultural Anthropologists, Historians and Psychologists, and offer deep insights into the ways of India.

The programs cover a variety of topics including History, Work, Day-to-Day Life, Conversations / Small Talk, Etiquette, Core Values, National Pride, Entertainment, Problem Solving and Essential Social Skills.
